I applied via online job posting and submitted a resume to the owner. I was called within 48 of submitting the resume and set up a time for a formal interview. I spoke directly to the owner for the first interview. I emailed questions later that day and got a response right away. I was called for a follow up interview and met with two other managers. They were very helpful in explaining the day to day operations and exactly what I could expect if I got this job. The interview concluded with a tour of the facility, which was impressive.
