Marc was understanding and open-minded. He didn't rush through the interview process; he gave me enough time to prepare for things. After the initial 1 on 1 meeting, he and Routific team decided to hire me as a contractor for 3 days. I worked closely with the team who was available to answer questions and they also invited to go work with them at their office. Nothing beats that for checking out daily culture and their process! I had a presentation at the end of my contract with them and the team gave me helpful + constructive feedbacks. It was perfect opportunity for the both parties to figure things out. It was not the easiest interview but I had fun and definitely got to learn about the position in depth.
