It took about two weeks for them to reach out to me, We went back and forth with some emails asking for more information and we ended up setting up an interview over a phone call. The whole interview was pretty aggressive and a bit rude, it was as if they didn't read my resume at all, they knew I only had a couple years of experience as a PM and they said and I quote "You're not a PM, I don't even know if you're a project leader" (I have a Master's degree on Project Manager and PMP certificate) so I really don't get why they made me go through the process if that was their way of thinking from the very beginning.
