One interview with nurse manager and educator of the floor you indicate as a preference. Then get to observe the floor and see if you see yourself fitting at the location!

If chosen you need to put together a little portfolio which includes some documents, and a 1 page paper on why you should be selected. There was a slightly tedious part of the portfolio where you needed pasty clinical instructors to take a 5 min survey on your behalf and submit it. Overall, not overwhelming, and seemed like they cared.
