phone interview followed by onsite interview It was great discussion I had in the interview. We had discussion on Architecture & problems in current environment.
One person phone interview & three people in the onsite panel.
Aptitude test followed by GD and then interview. Aptitude test was very easy. GD topic was globalisation. They focused on guys giving unique points. Interview was more inclined towards measuring your approach in different situations.

The interviewer was very polite and well mannered. The questions asked were of moderate difficulty and well framed.I was also asked in detail about the things I had mentioned in my resume.
