The interview process was relatively informal as it was done through an existing contact and off the back of a previously completed piece of work for the company. It included some formal evaluations, psych tests etc.

Standard questions about career history and the relevance to the role. The interviewer was keen to relate the current needs of the company to the previous experience. There were also a number of questions on cultural fit and suitability for an organisation going through transformation and transition. Overall a probing interview but not an uncomfortable experience.
