The interview process started with submitting my resume and cover letter online and then waiting to hear back from the corporate recruiter. The first process was a phone screen which led to an in person meeting with the hiring manager. The process was pretty easy there was just a lapse between scheduling the actual interview.

2 interviews. The process was very straightforward. I had to demonstrate industry/product knowledge and discuss the size of my professional network. Topics included average deal sizes and the complexity of deals I have closed.

Level of expertise selling into the enterprise e-commerce space. Name several past customers and explain how long the sales process was / the structure of deals, etc.

Colloquio
A quick review by a first-line recruiter. Followed by an interview with a manager who was not fully prepared and followed by ghosting. There should be a minimum amount of common courtesy. Ghosting is not an option.
