The first two rounds went very well. I met with the recruiter, then the hiring manager. I was then scheduled for a panel interview. Before the panel, I received a request to interview with another leader. It was more of an interrogation than an interview. I was told that my responsibilities would be 80% of the outbound work, which was not described in the job description. The most uncomfortable interview I have ever had.

Behavioral panel interviews are the sign of lazy / inexperienced interviewers (or an immature organization. Especially for senior roles.
