The 2×30 stage = two back-to-back 30-minute interviews: One personality/fit interview – covers motivation, teamwork, leadership, and why SEB/Corporate Finance. One technical interview – covers valuation (DCF, multiples), accounting linkages, financial modeling basics, and market knowledge. It’s the typical first interview round after online tests.

I got into 1st round interview which had 30min fit section and 20min technical section. The fit section was quite basic with questions related to my earlier answers mostly to the question about resume and my background. Technical was about some financial statement stuff mostly for example about what different sections are in the cash flow statement and what multiples I would look if I invested in company like KONE for example.

Very chill. I was asked no technical questions. However the interview process was extensive with many interviews and over a long period of time. First interview with HM, next tests, then test with hiring managers boss.
