Was given a 20-minute phone interview, and was extended an internship offer roughly 3 days later. It was surprisingly informal. Afterwards, I had to submit an SF-86 Background Check form.

Mostly resume based questions, a few interest-based questions
20 min phone interview with an offer at the end of the call. Official offer sent in a later email. Very basic interview questions- mostly informative about the program. Positive experience.
Filled out the application on USA Jobs and heard from a representative that requested an interview. If they request an interview, it seems they are very interested. Heard back a few weeks later.

I applied online and I had to complete a coding exercise which was financials focused, followed by in person interview. The in person interview was behavioral. Good experience overall. This was for a more quantitative role in new york city.
