We are having a mass interview with most managers from the mg2 cluster. However, it started with hr interview with the usual questions. The managers comducted the technical interviews to ensure that the candidates have knowledge in the accounting concepts to be applied in auditing

Skills/Technical Assessment – Tests or case studies to measure job-related abilities. Panel/Manager Interview – Deeper discussion with hiring manager or team about experience, problem-solving, and role alignment.
