Pretty straight forward. VP and Reporting manager interviewed me for an hour. Interview questions include past experiences, competencies and reasons why I want to join SIAEC. They explained what projects I will be involved in if selected and asked how I can contribute to the success of these projects.

Online interview followed by interview at airline house. Online interview with managers followed by 2nd session with HR and higher management. Quite fast and general questions were asked, not too much on technical aspects and knowledge.
