I had 2 video calls.
In the first video call (1h) me and the two interviewers (line manager & snr. software engineer) mostly talked on my background and about the product that I am going to work on. The last 20min I was asked 2-3 questions on problems that I came into in my past experience and how I overpassed them.
In the second interview (2h) I met for the first hour the same two interviewers as in the first interview and for 1h me and the snr SWE, we pair-programmed a 2 implementations that were bug-prone and came up to the optimal solutions. The first included object-orientation, separation of concerns, inheritance, abstactions etc. and the second included test-oriented solutions and questions around the subject of 'testing'. Afterwards I met for 30min the Manager of the line manager (the one that takes the final decision of hiring), and the last 30min the met the HR recruitment specialist, who presented to me using slides very clearly the company and the benefits that I am going to have if I join (he didn't ask any behavioral questions). I got an offer the same day.
