the hiring process went through 3 phases:
-technical test, with IQ and logic questions
-group session, with a presentation and group activities: the presentation consisted on developing a technical theme, while the group activity consisted on solving a problem (how to survive after a plane crash)
-one on one interview with a panel of managers

among the people participating to the session which one would you not hire
There were a range of technical and personal questions to answer in a virtual interview setting. There were approximately 5 or 6 questions and they were quite hard to answer and you only got two attempts to answer each one.
