30 min zoom interview with HR staff then a 2nd 30 min zoom interview one week later with a geophysics team. both consisted of general questions about background and customer service experience. Did not ask any technical questions.

Describe your previous experience interacting with clients
There were a range of technical and personal questions to answer in a virtual interview setting. There were approximately 5 or 6 questions and they were quite hard to answer and you only got two attempts to answer each one.
