Initial interview with recruiter. It was very quick and unique process. I watched an 3-minute video and was asked to assess the interview. After that there was a working interview with one of the Heads (lasted about an hour). Then I met the founder for an interview.

What are gaps on the applicant's response? How do you ask those to get the answer? If you were to hire a Recruitment office,how would you hire and identify the correct person?

Pretty easy interview but my questions were twisted around when I was asked about my previous company. I did not want to go into too much detail because I still had respect for my previous peers.
