Really straight forward. Two representatives who were specialists in their role, aka not HR were in the interview. Questions were not too difficult, as I was transitioning from another role I figure that I would have been able to answer them 100% if I had a few more months of work experience. This tells me that they were willing to show me the ropes to some degree.
