The hiring and interviewing process for co-ops and interns is short. The interviewers are pretty flexible with the schedule. The interview was focused totally on the technical aspects. There were 2 interview; HR and a Technical round. The HR interview lasted for around 35 Mins and the technical round lasted for around 1 hour. The hiring process requires a lot of formality.
