Difficult interview. Standard interview and presentation with the HR Director, Plant Manager and HRG. Toured the facility with the Safety Manager. Learned a lot about the company. I would recommend the company.
The interview process consisted of three parts: a phone screen, a department interview with a tour of the plant, and an in-person panel, along with recruiter screenings. Overall, it was a two-month process and a decent experience.
Interviews was both Technical and behavioural based discussion.
they asked lots of open ended questions. It was a good learning experience oveall for me to take up this selection process
