Met up with the lab manager first, and was asked a few basic questions about my motivations in science, why I felt this lab was a good fit for me, and what I hoped to do in the future. Also discussed previous work experience, what I gained, and what I hoped to gain here. Then met with the postdoc I would be working under, and discussed her research.

2 interviews 1 hour long each on zoom at. Interview was long.Series of questions and scenarios. Personality questions were asked. Last step hr offers the job via call and email. The job was a full time position early am hours. Long interview with repetitive questions
