Very fairly easy, went in to interview and got the job on the spot. Was asked questions about myself and why I am looking to work there. It was not that complicated

The interview was extensive but simple. It was obvious they were needed employees so I basically got hired on the spot, Very high likelyhood all interviewees get the job. Management is very poor though.

Simple interview, was about 15 minutes long and fairly simple questions (what are you looking for out of this job/what interests you about working here/etc). Ended up getting the job offer a few days later.
