Unprofessional and disorganized. I was contacted via email with preliminary screening questions which I thought was very efficient, but then upon providing my availability, crickets.. A week later, I get an email in the morning to confirm an interview for the same day. I was taken aback but said yes. Then, 30 mins before the interview start time, HR emails me the hiring manager cannot make it and we must reschedule. I reschedule, interview with the hiring manager, tells me I’ll meet her boss next. Then crickets again. I followed up and nothing. Their lack of communication and organization are huge red flags as this is a reflection of their company.
