Completamente impersonal. Luego del contacto por email. Te envan un link a un website donde hacen grabar respuestas en video a preguntas puestas en la pantalla. Es es la entrevista "personal". Luego si al humano que ve el video le gustas te envian un link con un test en hackerrank. Basicamente son 6 katas de dificultad media pero que requieren desarrollo mas una situacion a resolver en mySQL. Todo esto para un trabajo para "desarrollar" soluciones para empresas con su plataforma PEGA donde no tocaras basicamente nunca codigo de verdad.

The application process involved multiple steps, starting with a round of questions that you have to answer (via recording, no other people). The following technical test was easily doable with two hours of time on the clock and the technical interview was quick without any feeling of pressure, as you simply discuss your test answers with someone from the team. The overall experience with the Saltech team was excellent and friendly, the HR and technical team helped me with all my questions. While not being involved in salary negotiations and being given a short amount of time to accept the offer was odd, they kindly accepted to extend the reflection time on the offer after a quick exchange with them. The onboarding process has gone by very smoothly and the tasks you are confronted with in the beginning are beginner-friendly with no unrealistic expectations. I am very happy to have made the decision to join the team.
