Was hired by Mr sam in July 1985. Had previously working with the Corp of Engineers. Would see Mr Sam at times on Beaver Lake in Arkansas, Every time we met he would ask me to come work for him. Long story short, 36 years later I retired from Sam’s. He was persistent and persuasive.

Got a phone call to come in and interview. Two people sat in and asked simple questions about availability and past work experience. Got an email next day with job offer, except it was at the low end of the advertised range and they did not negotiate.

This is an extremely easy process. The main discussion topics were around how to treat members and how you manager and lead people.
If you can talk in depth about both of these you will be fine.
