The interview process consisted of 30-minute phone interviews with the following resources:
Recruitment, Director of Customer Success, Hiring Manager, and VP of Customer Success
It also included a case study and I was instructed to come up with a presentation to show a customer during the sales cycle about the implementation process.
I rated this process as neutral because after making it to the final round (before confirming references), I was not provided with specific feedback on why they were not moving forward with me. I asked the recruiter for feedback so I could know how to improve as I continue with my job search but they had nothing to say. Please be respectful with future candidates moving forward when they ask this question.

The process spanned over several weeks, involving multiple presentations, panel interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
