This was my second time interviewing with Samsara, recruiter was amazing, very supportive and helpful. First was a call with recruiter, standard no complaints. Second was interview with manager, standard no complaints. Third is a practical, i had done this before and it was very easy and informative about the product but they have changed it and it was incredible hard, I spend 5 -6 hours on this test. The test covered creating algorithms, software, data writing speeds, raw vehicle data reading, it was honestly too much for tier 2 support and you had to be a master engineer to answer a number of these questions. But my biggest complaint is that the interview process is way too long, after he practical is a 3-4 hour panel interview over all the process take 2-3 weeks and has at least 4 phases. Please shorten your process!
