I was reached out to for an interview. I responded with my availability the same day and then I didn't hear back for over a week. When I reached out they tried to reschedule and it seemed clear they forgot to respond to me. Got scheduled for an interview a week and a half away. Then the day before the interview, they told me the position was filled and they would cancel the interview. The cherry on top was I was told that the team had a pleasure meeting me when I never even spoke to a person throughout this odd process. I understand positions can get filled mid-process, but the lack of clear communication and care was disappointing.
