Unfortunately several of my interviewers shared an elitist vision for the company that seemed harmful to a company culture. They have a very outlined process towards success but don't tolerate not making quota - doesn't seem like a learning / growing environment - only a performance environment.

First screen call with the recruiter, phone call with the hiring manager, zoom call with another manager, and final panel interview (includes a mock call). Overall, the process was pretty straightforward.
