The process took two weeks, and several interviews with different team members and levels. It was a STAR based interview, and had several points made. the team was willing to hear ideas, points, and visions from my own self. The people tried to get my ideas and ethics, it felt good to be understood.

The questions were behavioral based. With examples made from past work experience, and also, personal focus based. They asked me about one situation were things did not go as planned and how i dealt with that.
