I applied and was contacted a few days after by a recruiter, we had a brief call of about 20 mins to talk about the position, and I was scheduled for a zoom interview with the hiring manager later that week, however, the day after the phone call with the recruiter, I was notified that the position was filled, but I was offered to be moved to a different process for an equivalent position, which I accepted. I had a phone interview with the (new) hiring manager for about one hour, and I was told during that call that I'd move forward in the process, only to be notified a couple of days after that I was not considered for the job. I like the company and its value proposition, however, I consider that the interview process was confusing and unclear.
