The interview process overall was very long, nevertheless since the beginning the recruiter was super nice with me and maintained constant and responsive communicating, keeping me informed about any update or delay in the process. It was also one of the toughest and most challenging processes I have gone through, since it involved several rounds of interviews and a challenge, but again the recruiter gave me all the information I needed to be prepared for every stage. I consider all this was worthwhile. At the end I was given an offer that exceeded my expectations. A tip I can give you is take advantage of all the material the recruiter shares with you about their values, operating principles, etc, since a lot of the behavioural interview questions are based on that, at least for horizontal positions. And don't forget to use the STAR approach while giving an answer, you'll shine!!

Interview included (1) recruiter phone screen, (2) manager interview, (3) interview with manager's peer, (4) interview with manager's boss, (5) interview with an internal customer, and (6) another interview with the manager to review a long take-home assessment.
