While the interview process was somewhat lengthy, involving meetings with at least five different interviewers and case study presentations, it was understandable given the newness of the role. Even though the position already existed within the company, the specific scope and responsibilities were unique, requiring a more in-depth evaluation. I appreciated the consistent updates and feedback provided by the recruiting team after each interview and case presentation.
