For an entry-level position, they still required 2+ years cold calling experience. Very misleading interview process and not considered an entry-level position once you are a few rounds in. The manager I interviewed with was very judgmental, and not encouraging during the process.

It was way too much for what the job paid. Phone interview, interview with a manager, interview with a director. All of whom did not even work in the office I was applying to yet, as soon as the interview started with the manager somehow I felt like I had already not been selected because I did not "look the part" I know who and what this company likes to hire. Just being honest.

There are three phases and four interviews. First, you have the phone interview. Second, you have the mock call interview. Third, you have the track record of success interview. Last, you have the curiosity and intelligence interview.
