I interviewed at a subsidiary, and was offered a job under an outsource company. Long (8 or so months). I had 4 interviews total, with HR, then with line manager, then with Regional team, then with Top management. The interview process was long, and to be frank quite time consuming. Looking back, it did not seem like they knew what type of candidate they wanted.
