One phone interview (30 minutes) covering substantive issues, one on-site panel interview. Decision about a week after interview. Accepted offer. Overall, a nice process, was not strung out too long. Interviewed by 4 people but only the leader asked questions and provided input, one interviewer was a facilitator and the other two did not speak much as their English was limited.
