the process was brief yet thorough I participated in interviews on three levels. First with the staffing agent then with the floor supervisor , and finally with the department manager. Overall the process was not lengthy nor were there any unnecessary steps. All interviews were quick and to the point. In the final interview with the department manager i was given a tour to give me a better sense of what the departments function actually was
