I was selected to become an employee for SCI at their first initial job interview and had only one orientation and there I successfully obtained a military standard certified soldering certificate.
The interview process was straight forward. It was on Google Meet, with a member of HR and a Supervisor. Just asked about your work history. They explained the job role fairly clearly.
