Appointment confirmed through email. Call received on time from HR department, mentioning location and a Professional discussion explaining the role and the needs for the position. Then questions regarding what interests in the position, why I would qualify for it and the expected pay rate.

It was 3 rounds. First is call with recruiter. Second is interview with hiring manager. Third is panel interviews with the whole team. Can be anywhere from 1 - 4 panel interviews.

Interview process was timely and straightforward. Included a screening, then two thirty minute interviews with plant management. The S anodized website had a lot of good resources for what to expect from the process and how to prepare for an interview. I did not get an offer, the team did not provide feedback on the decision
