Pretty organized but lengthy with multiple rounds of interviews! It took a while between first and second of interviews and I had to follow up. Other than that, everything was pretty smooth.

5 interviews, 2 with HM. Very lengthy process that spanned over several months. The team was great but ended up moving forward with a candidate with more direct technical experience.
Screen by HR . Interviewed by the hiring manager . Interviewed on a single day where I gave a journal club, followed by individual interviews. One person was a no-show. Great follow-up with HR and a hiring manager.

Looks like they have good system, but do not follow it. Leaving an applicant on the call waiting while I received application not selected to move forward email shows how bad they are in their process.
