A few phone interviews and three in person interviews that were all pretty easy. I called the Hiring Manager after two months of silence and they said they 1) didn’t know if the role was still open, or 2) if I was still being considered. They said they’d follow up, but they never did. Accountability and communication seem to be issues there, evidently that extends to HR / Recruiting.
