Competency based questions regarding risk, customer service, influencing, team work. Telephone interview first of all
Face to face interview with two staff members
Relatively easy interview which lasted about an hour

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
