The interview process lacked formality as the CEO directly contacted me and seemed to be seeking information. As I work in the same industry as this company, I was asked several questions about the processes and operations of my current workplace. However, when I posed a basic inquiry about the company itself, the interviewer replied that they were unable to provide any details. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling deceived, especially as it became apparent that they had no intention of hiring me. Despite the call being disguised as an interview, it was not a genuine opportunity. I strongly advise against considering employment with this company. If the CEO's conduct is any indication, the values and principles of the organization may be questionable.
