Uncoordinated, unprofessional, and a waste of time. I did 3-4 interviews, mostly hiring manager interviews with one system design. They verbally told me an offer was coming multiple times, and confirmed over email that it was coming, over a period of weeks. Over this time, there was a lot of people turnover. Still, I was assured the offer was coming. A couple of days after it was confirmed coming over email, they scheduled a call with me and rescinded the offer, saying their plans had changed, with no other real reasoning (not anything that wasn't fake sounding). They don't know what they're doing, they don't know how to hire, and management is clearly not on the same page as the engineering teams. I lost a month to this.
