To date my most awkward interview and I've gone through dozens over these last few months. First round was a phone call to confirm key aspects of the role that should have been in the job description. I was called randomly at the same time as an interview with another company. The owner thought he scheduled an interview (he did not) and asked me to call him later because of his lack of organization on the time we eventually set. I was asked to show up in-person where I was shown around and I asked one question - what are the job responsibilities again to confirm as they failed to include even that on the job description - and left. If I was not in the city for anything else, I'd be very annoyed with the company wasting my time.
