It was an open interview. The job was posted on Craigslist. The interview was short and easy. The interview process was basically a waste of time because they will hire anyone, including bank robbers and drug dealers who are dealing in the parking lot or in the community donation center.

quick interview process. very simple. they gave a tour, asked questions and gave me a test for evaluating value of items. there were 2 interviews and i was hired at the second one. the whole process took less than a week after applying.
