I approached Saviynt about a position because I liked their technology and had been impressed with their people. It seemed like a great fit and Saviynt agreed as they offered me a job. Over the course of the next two months, they kept delaying the process although we eventually agreed on a salary and start date. After three months talking with them and six days before I was to start, I received a call saying they'd changed the role so the position was no longer available. I had turned down other opportunities because I was expecting to work with Saviynt. I was offered an apology but not offered compensation for my wasted time. I think there's a lot of talent at Saviynt but they're clearly not operating well. They were too busy to respond to emails and I was not treated respectfully.
