Interview was pretty straightforward. It was on the phone, no video. Explained the position and company in great details and then talked about my experience and a few traditional interview questions. I could tell the interviewer was not familiar with Indiana but they were looking it up as we talked. Said they are doing mass preliminary interviews so I haven't heard anything back yet but feeling really good about it.
