The interview process was very straightforward. The hiring managers were extremely helpful throughout the process and provided lots of support & advice. There was an initial phone screening interview, followed by 2 additional interviews with members of HR and the State Manager.

One interview over zoom, fairly simple questions. I felt comfortable. The recruiter sent all benefit information before my formal interview and tips on what to research before my interview which was so helpful

Filled out application online. Receive an email from a Sazerac recruiter and we set up a phone screen. I waited for the call around 15 minutes then emailed the recruiter. It was only then that he told me that he was not the recruiter for my area any longer, and that he would forward my information to the new recruiter. How about letting me know prior to our scheduled call? I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this call time. Rude and obviously don't value others time.
