Muchas rondas de entrevistas, 8 si mal no recuerdo, algunas con gente muy agradable y otras no. Me hicieron entrevistas técnicas de todo, frontend, backend, diseño de sistemas, cloud. Insistieron mucho con ir a la oficina y yo les dije que preferiría remoto y entonces decidieron no ofertarme por mi oposición al trabajo presencial

The interview process is hard but well designed. It's testing for well rounded, product/customer centric engineering leaders. Multiple stages looking at: technical competency, system design, management and leadership, product and customer thinking. Overall it was an enjoyable and engaging process!
