Stage 1 - we talked with the team lead, he spoke about the project and conditions in general.
Stage 2 - test task
Stage 3 - technical interview. We talked about technical, organizational and infrastructure topics. They asked how things worked in the previous company and told how they work. Quite interesting and professional.
Stage 4 - interview with CTO
